Incisionless Otoplasty or
Ear Pinning Without Surgery!
- NO Cuts
- Affordable
- NO Scars
- 1-hour single office visit
- NO downtime
- Permanent
Otoplasty is the medical term for the outer ear surgery or reshaping which generally involves general anesthesia, cutting, long recovery, pain, Keloid, possible complications, etc. However, for the first in Florida history, the Allure Institute for Plastic Surgery medical team can provide a non-surgical alternative to permanently fix prominent ears.
The minimally invasive otoplasty serves the identical purpose to reduce ear prominence or protruding ears, correcting asymmetry, and enhancing the facial anatomy by delivering symmetry and aesthetic proportions. Prominent or protruding ears are a source of emotional distress, especially for children. Many suffer bullying and are compared with Dumbo Ears (A Disney cartoon character). Unfortunately, many don’t have the knowledge of the options available and try to hide by growing their hair, using hats, or any other form.
Ear Pinning Without Surgery is extremely affordable compared to traditional Otoplasty. In addition, no ear cartilage cutting is necessary to produce permanent results. Thus, adults and children can come back to their daily routines and eliminate the possibility of any Permanent Scars.
In summary, Incisionless Otoplasty is a great procedure for pinning protruding ears in 1-hour single office visit avoiding physiological distress and enhancing cosmetic appearance.

Am I a Candidate for Incisionless Otoplasty?
Eighty percent (80%) of all patients with protruding ears are ideal candidates for Incisionless Otoplasty. However, the other twenty percent (20%) eligibility depends on the patient’s unique anatomy.
After the age of 6, children’s ears are fully developed and from that age forward, patients are eligible for the Incisionless Otoplasty. Psychologically, this is when children develop their self-esteem. Thus, it’s extremely important to intervene to avoid any future distress experience.
How is the Incisionless Otoplasty Performed?
The procedure is performed at our outpatient AAAAFC certified surgery center in Jupiter, Florida. It usually takes 1 hour to perform the procedure for both ears. After thoroughly sterile skin preparation, local anesthesia is delivered at strategic points. Permanent sutures are passed through the cartilage and are invisible. Thus, expediting the healing and decreasing the chances of a negative event. The body naturally metabolizes the sutures, but the reshaped ears cartilage will remain permanently. The procedure takes approximately 1 hour, and patients can be picked up or drive home.
How to Care After an Incisionless Otoplasty?
Patients will experience swelling, bruising, and tenderness after the Incisionless Otoplasty procedure. A headband is instructed to be worn for 3 days consecutive and for 30 days (nights only) after that. Even though most patients do not complain about pain, the following prescriptions are recommended: antibiotics, anti-inflammatories, and light pain meds.
It is highly recommended to purchase an airplane pillow to avoid turning while sleeping and maintain face and torso facing up. It is also recommended to use a couple of pillows to elevate the head to minimize swelling.
*Most importantly it is recommended to cleanse the ear daily with Hibiclens Antiseptic solution to avoid infection.*
What is the Recovery for Incisionless Otoplasty?
There is absolutely no downtown with Incisionless Otoplasty. However, it is recommended to avoid lifting weights, pool, or beach and wearing helmets for 5 days to have the best cosmetics outcomes. Patients can return to light work or school the day after the treatment. We encourage each patient or parent to use reasonable judgment to engage in contact sports.
Are there other Plastic Surgery Clinics in Florida offering this Procedure?
Definitely not. This is a technic perfected by studying international doctors and is now performed exclusively by the Institute of Plastic Surgery medical team. We recommend future patients to book a FREE consultation to verify the truth on each of our statements and respectfully don’t assume what other practitioners are stating about our unique Incisionless Otoplasty protocol.
